I started my career as a technical writer in FinTech, where I learned how to turn complex ideas into simple concepts for our readers to understand. Here, I realized that whenever I struggled to explain designs in writing, it was usually a sign that users would struggle with the experience itself. As a result, I wanted to be more involved at the forefront of the product lifecycle where I can help shape decisions, guide the design process, and help curate experiences that feel genuinely delightful.
